When you request a quote or book, we collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, collection and delivery addresses, and details of the goods. When you apply for an account or to drive for us, we collect the details you give in the form. Our website may also record basic usage information through analytics cookies if you accept them.
We use your information to provide quotes, arrange and carry out deliveries, take payment, send confirmations and invoices, keep records for tax and insurance, and handle claims. The legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running the business, and legal obligations.
Your collection and delivery details are shared with the courier who carries out your job. We also use service providers for payments, email, hosting and bookkeeping. We do not sell your data.
We keep job and invoice records for 6 years for tax and legal reasons. Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after 12 months.
You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, or object to it, by contacting us using the details on our contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
